im pretty sure most of the people on here respect what he did...but he was a prankster and you have to think that he may not have been telling whole truths all of the time...how many pro's give away their entire workouts?

I think arnies training methods were great, used a few of his bicep and chest methods before. Just realise though his training methods are for someone who is advanced in traininig, getting serious nutritional intake and taking serious amounts of gear.

but if you look for arnolds training articals on the net from when he was 19/20, he always includes exercises such as dumbell pullover which on this site has been ridiculed as b*llshit, also he says in his book arnold education of a bodybuilder that he feels dumbell pull over was the most important exercise in building his chest up to its peak of 57icnhes

I sometimes do db pull overs, I aint knocking arnie at all joe. I think he was probably the best bb ever but just keep in mind that he started on gear at 13 through prescription.

I think its good you've got an idol but remember people have thier own opinions of people and sometimes they are gonna conflict with yours.

I've read and heard it from a few places, there were no laws on steroids back then and they were easily prescribed. I think thats probably a main contributor to his heart trouble.
