This all depends on what time I get to the gym as everyone puts different music on the stereo, sounded like a bloody working mans club last few mornings!

I don't listen to music as I find it distracting, particularly for lifts like squats and deadlifts.

Its mostly local rasio in my gym as ther are varying people coming in but when I used to train at home I used anything from good old slayer to jamiroquai. Someitimes it put me off and I trained in silence to focus a bit more.

Just depends on mood I suppose.

Now when I train I tend to shut off from whats around me really focus on each rep, its like that until I rack the weight back up.
