Posts: 573 Rep Power: ![]() | i normaly go 5 times a week for short high intensity workouts on a diffrent muscle group each time. although i've been on nights for a wile now and am going to start a 3 day split cos its starting to get to much and i'm not resting enuff |

All the muscles in the body (especially when you get to pro size) need alot of time spent to hit each individual muscle group and from differing angles/movements. ______________________ 50% of Training is nutrition 50% of Training is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above. |
