Dont know if any of you guysa have got one of these or is it just me thats falls for those tv sales shows. lol

I ordered one but not recieved it yet, just wondering if they are any good and do actually work?

Give me your opinions please?

you,ll have great fun on it., i,ve never had a go on one, a mate tried to sell me one.

he is 21 stone and it held his weight.

but tbh they do look flimsy, they fold up neatly

lol you got mugged mate, instant abs is a joke

the only way to get abs is to lose bodyfat, you can't "tone" a section of your body. I hope you didnt buy one of those electronic muscle stimulators as well lol

I know bout loosing the bodyfat part but THOUGHT it would aid.
