Default how low do you squat

i would like to know how how far down everyone goes on the squat.

i see alot of guys not going low enough at the gym where i train imo.
i like to go just past paralell [hips go lower than knees] on my heavy sets, and all the way down on the lighter sets[ arse to the grass]
those extra few inches make a big differance i think

Hi Saj

No, I wouldnt suggest to get ya ass down to the floor *lol*
The proper way its like yiu said already - till ya hipps pas the knees level and dont extened ya knees by going up, which means not to straight ya knees... i guess u know that already!!
