| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: birmingham Posts: 47 Rep Power: ![]() | i would like to know how how far down everyone goes on the squat. i see alot of guys not going low enough at the gym where i train imo. i like to go just past paralell [hips go lower than knees] on my heavy sets, and all the way down on the lighter sets[ arse to the grass] those extra few inches make a big differance i think |
