i kno alot of bodybuilders who dont do squats. fair size arms and chicken legs tho.

Deadlift yeah ur right. sounds like you've not done them b4 so be sure 2 take them slow and concentrate on form rather than weight for the time being.

So when u do not do SQUAT you lead to have small arms?
which I got basically ... upsssss

Actually, when I was in germany I used to do calf and legs but since then... never again ( since year 1999 )

squats are good because the muscles in your legs are in fairly large groups and training these will stimulate growth in more regions...these mystical "core" muscles. nothing mystical, im just a smartass. but it does help. if you have problems with squats you can do a legpress and it does about the same thing, just not using anything but the legs. but if you wanna be big, you gotsta have legs. just look at cutler, the man has legs bigger than my waist!
