Default Tri and ab question

i'm looking for an exercise to hit my inner tri, the outer side of it is taking good shape but i feel the inner side is lagging

also how often do you train your abbs? i've been doing them once a week but i hear some people do them every day

Cheers

Sam

I train mine every time I go to the gym, normaly 3 times a week. But I don't think it's working as they don't normaly show when I'm stood up. Maybe I've overtrained them?
