| Under Construction | Hey people, If just started this workout routine, thought i would run it passed you guys. I'm doing three sets for each starting with 10 reps warm up then 2 sets of 8 reps as heavy as i can go. What do you think????? Monday, (Chest & Tricep) Incline DB Press Flat DB Press Incline DB Flyers Pushdowns Lying overhead Tricep Extensions Wrist Curls *Tricep/Forearms* Rest, Tuesday Wednesday, (Back & Biceps) Lat Pulldown One Arm DB Row Seated Row DB Curls Barbell Curls Reverse Wrist Curls *Bicep/Forearms* Thursday, Abs Crucnhes 3 X 15 (Holding 10kg weight) Side ab twists 3 x 10 (holding 10kg Weight) Friday, (Shoulders & Legs) Overhead DB Presses Lateral DB Raises Overhead Barbell Presses Squats Leg Extensions Calf Raises Rest*Sat & Sunday Cheers fellas your words would be greatly appreciated. |

| Under Construction | Cheers for the reply steve, Yeah thinking about it, it probably would be best to do legs first, their exercises do take the most energy. It would get the blood pumping aroung the body aswell. Also i've been noticing loads of people doing 4 sets per exercise do you know the pros/cons of doing 4? Thanks, Paul |
