Default Got a record yesterday

deadlifted 1 rep of 162kgs yesterday, perfect form. was quite prowd of myself. video'd it on my new samsung d500 so when i figure out how to get it on my computer i'll post it for you guys.

i can currently dead lift 130kg for one rep, havent tried heavyier but 130 heavy enough at the min lol

good lift nick. as soon as i figure out what a kilogram is im sure itll sound much better! j/k i couldnt do it for sure.

Ah yeah, I remember that scene from Pumping iron. Arnie and Lou are HUGE then. Have you seen Lou recently (well 25 years after the movie - he looks the best of all of them, by a long way) Actually thought the BB's in them days they look better than the ones today.
