ronnie! no way a guy that short should be that big. arnold was what...6'2"? and he showed at 230 lbs. 280 looks way out of line on someone as small as ronnie or jay. now gunter and markus look good that way, but they tower over others. for the small guys today...i prefer dexter jackson. he has the 70's idea, muscle and symmetry, perfect form.

In the 70s with the way the judging was back then Dexter would have wiped the stage with Jay and Ronnie.

But now its all about mass.....

chris cormier used to be built the same way, lots of good form, but now hes going the same way.
