As you may have read in my journal I have incuded it into my training, even though I'm not bulking it will help me when I do bulk again. http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/magaz...stretching.htm I do think this is why the muscle goes on quick after cutting or losing it through a break from training. It may also explain why after recovering from my eating disorder the muscle went back on stupidly quick.
