Default Get more muscle faster?

Came across this website from another forum and thought I'd post it as I believe it works. As you may have read in my journal I have incuded it into my training, even though I'm not bulking it will help me when I do bulk again.

I do think this is why the muscle goes on quick after cutting or losing it through a break from training. It may also explain why after recovering from my eating disorder the muscle went back on stupidly quick.
