| Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: florida usa Posts: 642 Rep Power: ![]() | twists are really good. if you cant keep your arms up try bracing your elbows on something so you are only twisting your wrists. i know by my 3rd set with only 10 lbs on the string i try to cheat a little turning my upper body, with the elbows over something like a bar it isolates. ______________________ that which does not kill me only serves to make me stronger. |
