My left pec is bigger than my right also.... stronger too. My left arm is also about 1/6" bigger than my right. It's a genetic fault we seem to have. I'm not real sure how to remedy something like this. I'm sure a site specific injection such as suspension could possibly help, but I dunno at what point overtraining my right side would cause problems with overall gains I make so I choose not to try training one side and not the other.

I had this problem with my outer bicep on my right arm as it didn't match my peakier left outer bicep and I was told by a sports scientist to drop one set on your bigger arm, dont train the weaker/smaller arm more as you will over train it. Although this will be hard to do with the pecs (one arm push ups )

Everyone has a slight imbalance to their physique although it's generally not noticeable to anyone else. i personally wouldn't opt to train one side of my body more than the other to remedy this, rather i'd opt to train bilaterally and with slightly less weight and with more focus on `feeling` the muscle contractions. site injecting is a bad idea as sticking pins in unusual areas of the body may actually incur some nerve damage to that bodypart and this will really cause an imbalance.

also my right latt is bigger than my left. so my left pec is bigger, my left obliq is big and my right latt is big

the prob with this is i know of someone that had sloping shoulders, left higher than the right. he went to the back quack and got it sorted in a couple of sessions. but he lost all his strengh and a lot of mass. in the end he said he'd rather have the problem than the loss!!

i think my problem was caused because i'm a sparky and make a lot of pipe work and if you imagin turning a thred clockwise on to a steal pipe for 10 hours a day for a couple of years could be the cause.
