| Making Progress Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: Just outside Joe16's house! Posts: 573 Rep Power: ![]() | I've noticed the more I train that my left pec is fuller and a slightly diffrent shape to my right also my right obliqe is much bigger than my left. whats wrong and how do i fix it? |

| Making Progress Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Southampton Posts: 343 Rep Power: ![]() | I had this problem with my outer bicep on my right arm as it didn't match my peakier left outer bicep and I was told by a sports scientist to drop one set on your bigger arm, dont train the weaker/smaller arm more as you will over train it. Although this will be hard to do with the pecs (one arm push ups )J ______________________ 50% of bodybuilding is nutrition 50% of body building is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above |

| Under Construction Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: north east Posts: 58 Rep Power: ![]() | Everyone has a slight imbalance to their physique although it's generally not noticeable to anyone else. i personally wouldn't opt to train one side of my body more than the other to remedy this, rather i'd opt to train bilaterally and with slightly less weight and with more focus on `feeling` the muscle contractions. site injecting is a bad idea as sticking pins in unusual areas of the body may actually incur some nerve damage to that bodypart and this will really cause an imbalance. |

Posts: 573 Rep Power: ![]() | also my right latt is bigger than my left. so my left pec is bigger, my left obliq is big and my right latt is big the prob with this is i know of someone that had sloping shoulders, left higher than the right. he went to the back quack and got it sorted in a couple of sessions. but he lost all his strengh and a lot of mass. in the end he said he'd rather have the problem than the loss!! i think my problem was caused because i'm a sparky and make a lot of pipe work and if you imagin turning a thred clockwise on to a steal pipe for 10 hours a day for a couple of years could be the cause. |
