Default Is working trapezius adding to unwanted slopping shoulders

Ive reached 12 stone today, late november 04 i was 10 half so its going good thanks to the forums help and advice.Im thinking of doing more shoulder work as thats were the least gains are, to be honest im not suprised as ive been concentrating on my chest and arms to much, i want to keep improving everywere but i want to grow equaly and in proportion my shoulders are lagging behind.
Im a bit long necked with a big trapezius wich is ok but my delts are not big and my shoulder slopes if u no what i mean.
Im happy with my trapezius as it seems to make my neck look thicker but i want more width on my frame.Im limited to what i can achieve in that area as you can only do so much with the frame youre given. My arms have always been naturally quite big etc its just my slopping shoulder frame thats no good.Im tweaking and trying to find falts so i can be solid all over and now its my shoulders turn to get extra work.Do you think i should stop training my trapezius as its only making the slopping worse, i do like having a slight sloping look i dont want to look lik a coat hanger like some people do, but i want a bit more width aswell. :?

Oh by the way im thinking of doing this routine below as it works the shoulders well.

Bench press
Flies
Press behind neck
Millitary press
Lateral raises
bicep curls

Ill do 3 sets of each and not nessecerily in that order.Ill do it 3 times a week like im doing garys routine at the momement.

PS i dont work my legs at all any more as i dont want dodgy knees and im not thinking of bieng huge, im just improving my upper body strength and physique.I think this routine is balanced for my goals, is it ?

Default traps

If your traps are that bad, try upright rows for the medial head of the delts (also works the traps slightly) and good old fashioned dumbell presses for both front and medial heads, the rear is usually worked by back work so I never bother witht he rear delt.
