Default One good shoulder, the other belongs to mr bean!

My weakest side of my body is growing faster than my strong side, i understand why this is as i have read a similler topic on this forum explaining why. What i am doing is adding a couple of lbs on the barbell on my strong side, i am now liffting the wieghts more equaly. Before on my last thew reps on the millitary press my strong arm would lift it easily and my weak side would sruggle to push out the rep, hence why my weak side is growing rapidly yet my strong side hasnt grown at all.
Im really happy with the progress on my left shoulder it looks solid and muscler but my other side looks scrawny and weak.If i could get my scrawny shoulder looking as good as my other id be proud. My scrawny side of shoulder lets me down so badly. How can i sort it?
PS one side has always been a bit bigger than the other, but since the wieghts its getting worse.

Quit adding weight to your stronger side. This is just adding to your muscular imbalance. Keep the weight equal on both sides of the bar only doing what you can with your weaker side. This over time will make your weaker side stronger as you go up in weight. If you don't work your weaker side out equally how will it ever catch up? I had this problem in my upper back when I was young to the point that it pulled my spine to one side. I was diagnosed with scoliosis. Fortunately I went to a chiropractor that reccomended I lift weights with barbells using equal weights on both sides. A really knowledgable fellow. Started me lifting at age 11. Very progressive thinking for the time and against my GP's wishes and advice. GP thought it would only worsen the problem and make me "muscle-bound" and inflexible. The problem was that I grew very quickly throughout puberty in large bursts. 7" taller over a summer and 40 pounds. Did this twice. Once at 11 years old and again at 16 years old. Obviously any muscular imbalances became quite pronounced. With 3x weakly treatments with the chiropractor for a year and weightlifting using compound exercises like barbell rows, bench press, pulldowns, and squats I was the largest kid in my class, strength through the roof, and no muscular imbalance. I would reccomend you see a GP first and determine if their is something seriously wrong. If not then a trip to a chiropractor and lifting using equal weights in compound movements would help improve this drasticaly over about a years time. Allow your weaker side to catch up and quit forcing it to be weaker.

Its my strong side wich is smaller, my good looking but strangely weaker side is getting worked hard but my strong side is staying small as the lifts are to easy for it wich is why its not groing. But i agree i will equal out the wieghts.

With a smaller arm and your thread about sloping shoulders you really need to visit an MD and a chiropractor. This isn't likely something you can work out without some professional treatments. It will cost you for a bit but the benefits will last when the problem gets corrected. Bite the bullet and go do it quick. Really it will be one of the best things you could ever do for yourself.
