Default 3 day full body work out

I was just wondering if its ok to be doing full body work outs 3 times a week? As that what ive been doing at the gym so far, or is this over training?

Its been working so far..
Biceps are looking bigger
Triceps slightly bigger
Forearms slightly harder
6pack comes and goes
Shoulders are my strong point I think
---
I havnt done much on legs
I havnt done much back
I need to work on my neck (lats?)

I have nothing to brag about though, nothing like you guys

Default

i've always said full body workouts 3 times a week are an excellent starting point but dont do more than 4 sets per bodypart but use strict form and lower the weight under controll so you feel the muscle working. its the intensity with which you train not the amount you do.

and you do have reason to brag your making progress said your self your looking bigger and the fact you get off your arse and exercise is reason to brag in itself. Non of the big guys got there over night it takes alot of time and dedication but believe me keep at it and you'll achieve your goals.
