Deadlift gone mental, i deadlifted 2 reps of 145kgs 3 days ago , although that was with a spotter. Today i did 140 unspotted, no belt. Shoulder press 35kg dumbells (i'm slightly injured left shoulder atm) So really, just big increases on deadlifts atm the moment. bulk goin good see my 'the bulk begins' post on bulking section nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

| yeah go on il make this a post ure lifts forum. For all the under 21s on the site what are ure 3 lifts that nick laid out. Dnt mean to exclude nay over 21's but trying to keep this within a reasonable bracket no point the hench mother ****ers on the site telling me they can deadlift 270kg just disheartening. So Jackamo Godfather Meathead Benji and every other poster under 21 wat are all your lifts like. for my part bench 115kg 1rm deadlift 130kg 4 2 reps im'a try 140 next back day shoulder press 40kg dumbells for 6 reps my best ever ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | |

| yeah im only 12 stone 4 my squat which i forgot to add is around 140kg possibly 150 but wouldnt wana try to 1 rep max a squat. | Making Progress Join Date: Sep 2004 Posts: 430 Rep Power: ![]() | right lads her goes im 17 6ft 4 and weigh 12.6 stone. lifts are:- Bench 110KG Deadlifts 100kg Squats 85kg shoulder press wiv dumbells 22.5 Kg in each hand (50 kg all together) dumbell curls 15kg curl bar 21's 20kg lat pull downs 80kg curl bar for tris (cant rember the name of exercise lol) 20kg shrugs 35kg in each hand (70kg all together) well im plzd wiv my self dnt give shite wot others think :P feel free to comment though ______________________ FEEL THE PAIN OR GO HOME!!!! |

| dumbell curls are 22.5kgs lat pull downs i can get out 120kg for 4 but i thought that this was awesome seen as i dont know any1 else around my age who can, my upper back is my strongest bodypart. shrugs i just do 40kgs dumbells i hate them. ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | |
