| Making Progress | i trained 5 years ago and while doin behind the head lifts for my left tricep, there was a very sharp pain and it twinges every time i put pressure on it, ive been to physio 4 times but its the same story, just do this and that stretch and itll be fine, well its still not, after 5 years!! its the bit that seems to be attatched to the funny bone and its sensitive to touch, gettin a bit tired of it now as i cant train properly, any advice would be great lads, cheers..kev ![]() |

| Making Progress | cheers guys, no steve ive never tried that, never heard of it for that matter, wat is it and wat does it do?, yeah i think i need to get it scanned, thatll probly be my next step, i just wanted to ask on ere first b4 i go down that road, surgery would put me out for a few months and i dont want that bro, probly cant be helped though, cheers guys. kev 8) |
