Default tricep injury, its been 5 years now, any ideas!!

i trained 5 years ago and while doin behind the head lifts for my left tricep, there was a very sharp pain and it twinges every time i put pressure on it, ive been to physio 4 times but its the same story, just do this and that stretch and itll be fine, well its still not, after 5 years!! its the bit that seems to be attatched to the funny bone and its sensitive to touch, gettin a bit tired of it now as i cant train properly, any advice would be great lads, cheers..kev

That sounds like nerve damage to me rather than a muscule injury, not sure what you can do about that.

i dont think its nerve damage m8 cause its like wen i press on it, it feels like its torn from the muscle, its the tiny part of the tricep that attaches near your elbow so i deff think its a muscle tear or summat bro, cheers anyway , kev

Sounds to me like you just need to go to the doctor and let 'em xray that stuff and find out what's really going on in there. Might need surgery.
