Also for muscle groth you must allow for the fact that you will need extra calories for the weight training and especially the cardio. About 500-700 calories per day more than you are consuming now. Aim for 6-10 reps in the weight training, starting with a whole body workout each session, ie legs, back chest shoulders and arms giving each bodypart 3-4 sets to begin with. PM me if you need help J ______________________ 50% of bodybuilding is nutrition 50% of body building is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above |

What i've found which has been surprising is that I am still hurting majorly in the areas that i have been training. This is a shock because previously only when I do ridiculously long days of training and very intense do I seem to hurt a lot in the muscle area (and this is good after gym pain i'm talking about not weird pain). I feel much more healthy too and ephedrine is definitely taking well to me, aside from the sideeffects downstairs, which is very frustrating but going to get my hands on some tribulus to try and sort it out. although the negative effects seemed to have lessened compared to last time I cut. So although i'm not having a particularly muscle-building time at the moment i think i'm doing a sensible cut, and because i'm not training in too high an intensity on the cardio i'm unlikely to catabolise the muscle as u say J. Tell me if i'm wrong tho. thx guys nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |
