Default Which of these splits should I change to?

I'm stuck between the following...

'Classic 5 day split'
Chest
Back
Legs
Shoulders
Arms
Off
Off

'Variation of the above with midweek rest day'
Chest
Back
Off
Shoulders
Arms
Legs
Off

'6 day split that will let me hit chest, back and bis 2x a week - my lagging parts even though they are not (i'd only use this if i was on PH or juice BTW)'
Chest
Back
Shoulders+Triceps
Legs+Biceps
Chest
Back + Biceps
Rest

'i like to call this one AHHHNOLD! as its something crazy that only he would have done (i'd also only attempt this if i was on PH/juice)'
Chest+Back
Shoulders+Arms
Legs
Chest+Back
Shoulders+Arms
Legs
Rest

i spent a good 10 minutes thinking up about 30 routines, but these are the 5 that i've narrowed it down to, before this i was on a 4-day split but i hit shoulders and arms in one workout and it was just wayyy too much, like that workout would last 1:30 at least!!! all other workout were 45min < 1 hour

lets me know what you guys think of them and which you think i should go with (and why if possible)

thanks
