Default Gains have totaly stopped,WHY

Hi,ive been wieght training for 3 months and have gained a stone in wieght and i am a lot stronger. The probelem i have is i only train at home because of a number of reasons, this means my training is basic and i cannot think of new routines which i know i need, as progress is slowing down more or less stopped. My biggest noticble gain is my chest and i want to get my chest as big as i possibly can as my chest is my weakest part of my body.Like ive mentioned a thew weeks ago i only have a bench with NO rack and i obviously have dumbell, barbell. Can i buy a rack seperatly so i can perform bench press instead of forever doing flies,if so were from and how much?
I will display my training routine below so you can comment if im going wrong,i have had gains since moving to this routine but i think i can and should be doing a 5 day split or somethings wrong as gains have stopped totaly which is anoying because it takes so long for me to work out a training program for home training.

WED/SAT
Behind neck press
flies
bent fowrard lateral raises
tri extensions
lateral raises

TUE/FRI
squats
barbell curls
single arm rows
sit ups
I do 4 sets of 8-12 of all the above.I do think that looking at my training program it doesnt look a lot,by the way i dont do a 3 day split as ive tried it and hated it as it lasts so long and is to tirering for me.If any one can give me an opinion or help me? cheers for the help, shane(divie)
PS im sure im eating ok, as im still gaining wieght slowly thanks to steve advising me to revaluate my diet regurly.

there is a million exercises u can do at home dude dont worry about it try a 5 day split if u wana train short like 40 mins each session. Try intense training focusing on 1 muscle group per session if ure up to it. Does ure bench have incline decline facility makes a big difference to wat i can write back chest wise. When u let me know il take the time to write a routne for u if u want

different things work for different people

personally i advocate short intense workouts focusing on just 1 or 2 muscle groups, heavy weights, enough volume, and always do something different every workout

4 and 5 day splits work much better for me than 3 day splits, i know they say more is not better but i can't help but think that unless your training way too much, provided your getting enough rest and nutrition more is gonna lead to better results

sorry but i think overtraining is bullshit, no such thing in my book! i wish i'd never heard about it coz it just seems to be an excuse to slack off every now and again for me

peace
