Default How do you train

Yo guys just thought i'd ask how you all train. I mean do you do for example 4sets 6 reps going to positive failure in each work set? Or do you pyrimid the weight up after warming up, doing less reps but more weight, but again going to positvie failue in each work set? Or do you not train to positive failure at all, just a couple of reps short?

I'm trying to put on more mass now, so I've lowered the # of reps in some and increased the weight used. I've intro'd a few new exercises to "surprise" my muscles, but the basic movements are the same.

i do an 8 day split, trainin one bodypart at a time, around 11sets total per bodypart 12 for legs and back, very high intensity,been working wonders in past couple of months
