Default Stimulants

Im looking for a little bit of advice on natural/legal stimulants like speed to give me energy boosts, as i get downs and stop training when i need to be.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated, unless you say dont take them

Cheers

I too have the same issue. I have been talking to a lot of people about the issue lately and a lot of people say use ephedrine HCL. I don't think that it works that good for me, but it may for you. Also if you want a good resource to look for things like dexedrine or appetite suppressants that give you energy, I know of a good place and you can pm me if ya like.

Id recommend avoiding stimulants as longterm they are not good for you. They are a false boost and will end up confusing your bodies energy systems (even caffiene in large doses is not great). It would be better to get your diet properly sorted out as this will provide you with much more genuine energy.

i agree, had an encounter with a batch of ultimate orange a while back. you become dependant on it and feel like you cant train without it. its a vicious circle, one to be avoided i think.
