I totally take ure point particularly when referring to delts because this wouldnt restrict overall training too much. Its very different to not train ure delts than not training shoulders, back, legs at all. But i take ure point it most definately depends what he looks like to begin with and what stage he is at bodybuilding wise. Anyway theres no way im arguing with doug (i assume this is who ure referring too) reading some of his posts the amount the guy knows i couldnt learn in ten years. ![]() anyway let us know what u do insane and good luck bro ![]() ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | ||

| r u the guy from the pictures ie 'steph sinton' awesome physique mate if so. On the pose to the right your shoulders look immense (not that they dont on the other aswel). Im only 20 nearly 21 but have been bodybuilding for around 4 years only 1 very seriously thou Anyway great going and feel kinda daft for questioning ure advice now, but kinda strangely proud that u said i had a point who did u mean by the way considering i live in manchester for around three months every year. Not exactly up on my competitors considering im only 20 cheers bro ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | |
