Try some PROLAB, pure whey, this is real easy to drink, best tasting protein and is not thick at all.
You will need to push yourself a bit beyond full for a while to stretch your stomach, as you grow you will need more intake.
Keep pushing yourself. Eating is sometimes harder than training.

agreed eating is the hardest part, it will either make ya or break ya, you,ve gotta fight and keep forcing the food in. try drinking water with your tuna,it helps to swallow it.

extreme protein is very nice,

althou its very expensive id definately reccomend syntrax nectar until u overcome this problem. Full of no calorie sugar so doesnt even taste like protein. Personally i like dymatize mint chocalate and syntrax isomatrix (expensive thou) chocalate but I know what u mean mate i hated some of the shakes ive tried used to hate the shit altogether just kinda get used to it.

if you must have tuna try blending it with diet coke/pepsi or fresh orange and drinking it as it kinda masks the taste.
tuna although cheap and low in fat is a crap source of protein to be using btw.

Just add some vinegar to the tuna when you mix it! Tastes alright!

I use Optimal Nutrition 100% Whey. It tastes good (chocolate, vanilla or straweberry), it mixes well in either water or milk and its damn cheap too. I get 15lb's for 72.99, which works out at about 31 pence per serving (same as tuna, but tastier). The quality also seems pretty good as im getting results.

However, always have to bear in mind that supplements will only work if the rest of your diet is up to scratch. If your simply not taking in enough calories you won't make gains. Im only 5'6 but my minimal calorie requirement a day is around 3300 calories because im lean and im very active generally.

Try mixing your tuna with cottage cheese.

how come i always thought it was quite good althou i wasnt sure if it contained all the essential aminos. Is it an incomplete source? Cheers
