| Ok gymheads bit of help please. Have two problems that really piss me off at the moment and have done 4 ages. 1. Hopefully straight forward. A hell of a lot of the time i get a really bloated stomach after eating, drinking alot and randomly alot aswel etc... I mean all the time though and massive not just a little looks ridiculous like a pregnant women. 2. Secondly and more conventionally have problems with my arms. Didnt use to train them as much as i should when i started bcoz both my training buddies ive had (and Nick now actually) have had big arms so not as focused as i should be on my arms. Got them from 14.8 to 16 in last month and a half but any1 got any really good arm exercises, tips on how to make them bigger etc.. really want that cut between my shoulder and bicep if u get what i mean are there any exercises in particular which promote this. I think I know what you mean about the cut between the bicep and delt. This is not only about building your bicep but building yourfront delt will emphasise this cut look. Concentrate on good incline hammer curls to build a good peak, also some cable curls. | thanx man. stomach is really tight I was exagerrating a bit but it does annoy me. Lost a shitload of weight at about 13 really quickly read that this can shrink your stomach capacity and then bloat you when u eat but i assume as u gain weight your stomach capacity would also grow so i doubt thats it. anyway cheers 4 advice link was pretty helpful ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | |

"assume as u gain weight your stomach capacity would also grow" very true imo |

| yeah thinking about it I train chest and triceps and love training my chest so always do that really intense and maybe cry off tris a little more than I should. Knew tris were two thirds of the arm so really should work them harder. Wel chest and tris tomo anyway so good time to start as i mean to go on. | yeah alternate arm exercises alot bcoz theres so many but usually do 21s. thing is bcoz everyone responds differently to different exercises was just asking 4 anything is particular thats worked well for any1 so could I give it a try. Anyway off to make my triceps bleed.
