I.e. all the stupid women (no disrespect to women here just usually is) using the tummy crunchers at the gym expecting to rid their bellies is just stupid. SO! tell me this wise gymheads, I have knee problems so I can't do any intensive leg exercises like squats or lunges with any real weights or to any real exhaustion. I also can't run, but can cycle, and cycle a bit everyday which is good i suppose to stop atrophy. Why is it that my body fat is mostly centred around my legs and ass... the very places that I dont get a chance to exercise, when it should be irrelevant where I exercise in the process of losing bodyfat. I'm going to rule out coincidence here because trust me, i lost 2 stone over the summer and lost almost all of my upper body fat, but still had a totally jelly ass, and now that i'm bulking my legs(especially the back of them)/ass are ballooning and im not having a good time. help me out dudes nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

mate u crack me up. Just genetics mate read a thing about tennis players 1 time post on here actually that surveyed their forearms. Obviously 1 had more muscle tissue than other them using 1 far more ie racket hand but fat was Exactly the same in both. Genetics can just be a bitch i guess. Hence the lard women in the gym doing 9000 crap sit ups with the ab roller and still being fat. May I just say on behalf of every1 bless them. ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | ||

Women tend to hold their weight in the hips and thighs. Genetics can always be different everyone though. You just happen to retain the most in those places. The reason you are ballooning more in those areas now is because you are bulking them. Muscle is building under the fat and therefore pushing the fat outward, making it look as if you are fatter. As for those women at the gym doing situps to make their waist smaller, they're doing the same thing - building muscle underneath that fat so that it pushes their stomach further out and makes them look fatter. ______________________ thricefan@cyber-rights.net You have to do what others won't to achieve what others don't. |
