As steve said focus on building the medial head of the delts, with, as suggested, side lateral raises and upright rows (alternate every 3 weeks from barbell/ez bar to dumbells). I find 8 reps work best for my delts under a controlled speed of repetition. Make sure you add standing/seated dumbell or barbell presses to make sure the front delt grows with the side delt. | Under Construction | sholders for me are the easiest to train! i find that alterneting every 3 weeks from heavy dumbell press to press behind neck with barbell really adds thickness to the front and rear delts upright rows is a must with some light seated side lats 6-8 reps 3 sets as heavy as you can go! good luck mate ______________________ train smarter not harder |
