Default slopping shoulders help

Hello big men,ive got slopping shoulders if you no what i mean,is thier a way i can work to alter this, ie would it be a good idea to workTRAPEZIUS hard.
PS silly question but i need anserws if thie are any,all the best

hello mate,

i always find side laterals help and upright rows and strugs,

as heavy as possible

do you do any of these?

If you build your traps, this will only add to the sloping look. As steve said focus on building the medial head of the delts, with, as suggested, side lateral raises and upright rows (alternate every 3 weeks from barbell/ez bar to dumbells). I find 8 reps work best for my delts under a controlled speed of repetition.

Make sure you add standing/seated dumbell or barbell presses to make sure the front delt grows with the side delt.

sholders for me are the easiest to train! i find that alterneting every 3 weeks from heavy dumbell press to press behind neck with barbell really adds thickness to the front and rear delts upright rows is a must with some light seated side lats 6-8 reps 3 sets as heavy as you can go! good luck mate
