| how much weight u put on jackamo did u also improve ure diet at the time u started this. I pretty much train 5 days a week and 1 cardio whatever works 4 u every1 is different. Arnie used to train 6 days and sundays off and i wouldnt complain if i looked like him But how do u manage to incorporate training same muscle group 3 times (ie more than 2 the title of your article)in 6 workouts. :?: ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | |
