Default trainign muscle more then 2 tomes a week

right for the last 6 weeks bin doing this and have bin geting so much more biger gains and i can really see and also get a alot more definition aswell as getting biger. bin training 5-6 times a week , however i do know that some people do not agree with this method duse ot the fact it dosent work for some people. however a varst majority of pro bodybuilders do this.

how much weight u put on jackamo did u also improve ure diet at the time u started this. I pretty much train 5 days a week and 1 cardio whatever works 4 u every1 is different.

Arnie used to train 6 days and sundays off and i wouldnt complain if i looked like him .

But how do u manage to incorporate training same muscle group 3 times (ie more than 2 the title of your article)in 6 workouts. :?:

lads il get bk to you on this one this week, when we hve the new routine for the journal, but tom the answer to strength aswell yeh ive bin going up in weights for all exercises every 2-3 weeks managed ot go up
