Default Completely new to the idea

Hi everyone i'm 15 and have decided to try and find out what exercise i should start. Currently, I am 5'11", with 34" waist. Don't know what other stats to include; I weigh nearly 12 stone. I don't have any noticable fat, and am quite happy with my figure but would like to tone my muscle. I run the 100 metres in 12.1 seconds, and can easily run past 20 mph. Overall, I would like to think I am in good shape. What exercises do people recommend me to do in order to tone my muscles, and perhaps build more abs. Sorry if i'm not very helpful...

I thought 20MPH was a bit quick untill I worked it out, flippin heck, your running an average of 29KPH in the 100 meters, that means that olympic runners are going about 35 odd!! I for some reason didn't think we got much over 10...lol ops:

Guess your wanting to add some muscle?

I'd advise joining a gym, I can never find training at home very motivating, and getting a good routine, and a high protein diet. I'd say more but im in a rush!

Sure someone else will help or I will later on!

yo bro

difficult to help u without knowing exactly what u want. Just high protein medium carbs and low fat plus some decent cardio will burn fat from around ure muscles and make your muscles appear more 'toned'. (toning isnt possible to do is the sense most people think. its a mistake I think we have all made almost every 1 of us probably believed it was when we started)

If u wana build some muscle get to a gym get hold of some free weights stick to 8 reps at first on most exercises (this will vary depending on exercises and what exactly u wana achieve but more experienced u get more u will learn and this will come naturally) and bob will be your uncle my mate.

Let us know how u get on and if u want any more specific advice.
Oh and best protein foods are chicken, tuna, and turkey and try not to fry them in oil. George Foreman grill is the way forward
