Which is my biggest hate. Yesterday on my way home from the gym I had to pull over to puke. Whats going on is this normal should i tone down the intensity? |

I've thrown a couple of times in the early days - in retrospect I was doing just that. Go with Steve's suggestion next time you are in the gym. Be interested to hear if it still happens when you drop intensity |
