| Under Construction Join Date: May 2004 Posts: 25 Rep Power: ![]() | There was this man on the phone when I asked him about this quality olympic bench that had a leg extension on the end that could handle 250lb of weight...that in kg is...113KG...he told me hes never seen any body lift that much weight and he thought it was alot...is this alot of weight...because ive done quad extension and ham extensions and ive done more than 90 kg...thats very close to 250 pounds...so the capacity on the extension wouldn't benefit me if i get stronger! |
