IMO you'd be better off getting a nice bench, an olympic barbell and weights and a power rack! That then allows you to, safely do, bench press, squats, deadlifts, chins ....anythin that doesn't require fancy machines really! ![]() ______________________ Benj |

| mate surely paying all that money would be much easier to join a gym. Much more motivation, more social, and you learn alot more from other experienced bodybuilders. Dont know if this applies to you but most people I know who train at home have this illusion that the gym is full of Dorian Yates and that ure gonna feel daft goin and thus cant bring themselves to go. The reality is most gyms only have (in my experience) at the most around 30% of very experienced builders and about 30% beginners and the rest inbetween. Plus bodybuilding is in my opinion is probably the friendliest sport there is bcoz its built on mutual respect of how hard we all work and we all remember back in the day we we were fat, skinny or wateva and cudnt lift for shit. We all know that everyone starts somewhere bcoz we all remember it. Just about finding a gym thats right for you. Remember reading an article about this buy The Big A.S. himself that if your one of the biggest in your gym your more motivated, its true so just scout round a few gyms and find 1 thats right for u. (Maybe ive just wasted ten minutes bcoz u just wana train at home for some other reason but hey maybe i should post that little speech lol in the beginners section and make it worth while.)
