Hi Kyoshi

Increase your weight gradually each workout until you can only manage 8 reps. If you can manage 3 sets of 15 the weight is way too light for you.

You will also find that once you start using bigger weights you will no longer be able to train your whole body three times a week.

As you are new to training this routine is ok for a couple of months until you know what you are doing, but strive to increase the weights until you can only do 8 reps, then it is time to change. I didnt notice any back work on your workout, start with some chins, light deadlifts and get used to the cable machines.

Your bodyfat will drop with the training but it is also worth cleaning up your diet. For a start if you stop eating sugar and saturated fats for the time being you should notice the fat dropping off. A bit of cardio will help, but i wouldnt do more than 20 minutes 3 times a week for the moment.

I hope it all goes well.

It sounds like your training at home, unless you can afford to buy alot of equipment, your best of joining a gym!
