| Under Construction | Can anyone define good exercises for rear, top and front delts? My muscle group training will be as follows (basically an 8 day 'week' which allows me 2 days breaks between the Tri and Bi duplicate days.) Chest, Tri's Day off Back, Bi's 2 days off Tri', Bi's and abs 2 days off I want to fit in shoulders and have read that a few of you have split rear delts on the Chest/Tri day, and front and side delts on the Back/Bi day. I plan the same now. My question is, what exercise best trains the rear, side and front delts? or can i just go with dumbell presses and upright rows (which deal with all the delt areas) on both days? Or are their other dedicated exercises, like reverse overhead dumbell laterals that i can do on the back day and which cover the side delts too? Any advice appreciated! Thanks a lot everyone (learnt a lot from this board recently!) Rgds |
