I work in reasonably close proximity with Chris at www.Gymwear.org and he his a good straight guy who will not bullshit you or try to take advantage of someone who has a little less knowledge than him.

For any newbie or intermediate looking for good honest advice on supps, training, gear or diet you could do a lot worse than ask Chris.
