I prefer using Cross country machines aswell Gus but I also try and run at least once a week.

I normally do about 20 minutes on the CC machine on a fairly high intesity level and I do that about 4 times a week.

I am not super lean but am losing my beer belly quickly.

Im the sames as these guys,

Normally about 20-25 mins on the cross trainer. I have been known to go for a run, but it is not that often.

It will take time to see results, but as long as you keep your diet healthy, you should get to notice some changes.

thanks for the input guys, u know whats it's like ur in the gym and 40 people are all putting in hours on the treadmill and u think god shudnt i being doing more cardio than this.

u feel like u need someone else to say, no u dont need hours running cos u will burn the muscle up.

how do u think maybe 3 times a week some form of hit running, done and dusted after 20 mins max, also im doing the split as follows wonder if i cud have any input on that.

day 1 chest and front delts 11 sets max on chest 3 sets delts
day 2 back and rear delts 12 sets back 3 delts
day 3 legs incl dead lifts and midlle delts
day 4 bi and tri's 6 sets bi's 9 for tri's
day 5 as for day 1
day 6 rest
day 7 rest
day 8 as for day 2 etc etc.

cheers gus
