Default gym competition

Were avin a bench press comp soon at my local gym.
The most reps anyone can do with there own bodyweight wins.
It favours the lighter lifters i suppose but its only a bit of banter.

I weigh 75k, i reckon i could knock out 20+reps.

Wots everyone think they'd manage, (honestly)?

I'm 90 kg and I reckon 20 reps would be about all I could manage, well, not at the minute as I've fecked my shoulder up!

I weigh 86kg and think I could manage only about 1 or two reps! ops: I sound like a right wimpy bufter eh
I've never tried to bench press my own weight actually. Have done 80kg before but only 6 unassisted reps and 2 assisted. Crud eh. I usually stick to 65kg and it works my chest well enough as far as I can tell.
Good luck with the comp tho Kev 8)
