Default Uneven Shoulders

Yo, My right shoulder is uneven, its not fully cracked like the left shoulder, it affects the chest alignment I think as well, does anybody have any solution to fixing this problem, I think months ago I must have created it by not training properly.

Also, does anybody have the solution to lose all the muscle fast, I think I want to do a total body rebuild, and do you think losing muscle first and re-stimulating muscle fibres would be a better option to get perfect symmetry.

Oz.

Dont see much point in losing what you've gained so far, best thing would be to reduce the weight you use for the exercises this affects you on and concentrate on strict form. How long have you been training and what exercises does this affect also how old are you?

maybe cut back on the amount of weight you are lifting,

for say jus 2 months or something, and try to get both sholders lifting the same weight.

this should help a bit,

is one strongerr than the other?
