Default workout suggestions?

i've purchased a cheap system from argos it has pec dec, bench press, lat pulldown i wish to bulk up does any1 have any training suggestions?amount of reps/sets etc.. thnx

If you are trying to bulk then normaly lower reps with a heavy weight is the way to go.

Try 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps - if you find you can do more reps then up the weight.

Go with toggsy's rep ranges and focus on the big movements, bench press, squat, deadlift, chins and military presses.

Get stronger in these and you will grow all over, plus will give you good core strength for when you are more advanced.
