Default Sleep, Sweat n Recovery

Hey all,

Right heres the thing, Im back training after 3 weeks lay off and last night was my 2nd night back. Legs Mon, Chest & Shoulders Tues, rest today then Back Thurs, Arms Fri, Off Sat & Sun. (F.Y.I. cant walk very fast, legs are total agony, muscles are soooo stiff n sore)
Back to the point, last night couldnt get to sleep, my heart was beating a bit faster and was sweating also finding it hard to wind down. I train from 18:15 till 19:00. This has been happening for about a year now, but I thought it was from overtraining, but surely cant be overtrained after 2 work outs. I never trained to failure cos trying to build back up to top poundage, my eating is good, lots of carbs, lots of protein. When I woke this morning after bout 5 hrs sleep (very tired) my covers were soaking with sweat. Slept fine on Mon night and I know Ill sleep better tonight, must have something to do with training, but what!??. Not using any gear or upper supplements.

Does anyone else experience anything like this? Or have any theories on why this is happening. Dont want it to effect my recovery or growth.

Cheers

S

Cheers for the concern guys, im not that worried. I dont sleep good at the best of times anyway. I dont get it all the time, just some nights when trying to sleep after heavy training, sometimes even after alot of cardio (which im not doin at the mo). I thought it could be something to do with my nervous system being over stimulated from the training, but im no expert

Could try something to relax yourself before bed. Not sure wot. Maybe reading. What ever suits you really, but makesure your completly relaxed and calm. if i go to bed tense or with things on my mind i wont sleep, and will just get more and more agitated. Couple of beers works for me but obviously isnt everybodies choice.

Let us kno wot the docs say tho.
