Default HOORAY! I achieved a person best today ! - nick

Today my children, at the tiny weight of 12 stone 5 I bench pressed 2 good reps of 100kgs ! this is the highest i've ever done and I think that after this fat loss that I have gone through,my intense routines, my diet and supplements, its finally starting to make an impact on my strength.

I'm now going to really concentrate on maximising my strength, my aim being to bench a good rep of 120kgs by christmas !!!!! concentrating on 4-6 reps of each set and really going sick.

University when term starts is gonna be a nightmare tho, a bit cliched but drinking is such a big part of uni life, I dont know whether I can watch my diet as well as i have done in the past 2 months and it means putting an end to creatine

What do i do? sacrifice social life for gym or enjoy my uni life to the full its a hard one.

If any body wants to check my pics they are at http://www.musclechat.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=876

I will be doing new pics (12 days on from those ones) tomrorow and I will post them up..

Thanks for the motivation that this site has given me steve, its really good to find a group of people interested in the hardcore side of bodybuilding and supplements...

PS - steve whereabouts in essex are u from?

nick

Well done Nick.

Personally I did do a hell of a lot of drinking at uni, best to enjoy the time while your there mate cos working for a living is a real pain in the arse.
