I like it. How many sets for each exercise?

Id do side laterals, not upright rows, as rows are bad for the rotator cuffs

im with meathead on the upright rows, imo these are a total waste of time and very bad for your rotator cuffs. if you absolutely must do them then dont row the bar past the bottom of your pecs as past that point i dont believe you are working the muscle any more ony pulling at your shoulder clavicle in an eben more severe way.

Cheers for the advise, I'm doing two light warmup sets then 3 heavy sets to failure!

I've never done the upright rows before just wanted some new exercises to change things around a bit.... So no upright rows, k, got that, side raises it is then!

Decided to change the leg and bicep day, as I tried the workout and had to miss out some of the exercises as it was taking 50 + mins to complete! So im taking out the Leg press! and alternating leg curls and SLDL week to week!

Hows your new split tissue, you used it yet? One thing, do you not think your shoulders will gat hammered, every time you train there getting hit!
