i never train them mate. Always say i'm gonna but just end up thinking "well, i use them all the time when doing weights, so they are fine". I really should tho.

Anyone else??

Forearms get plenty of work from basck/bicep work. They are 1 of only 2 muscle groups I dont train (forearms and abs)

It's good to do a 4 extra sets on forarms on days you do not train back & Bi's ( best to leave 48 hours between )

Forearm curls - sit sideways on a bench with a barbell ( light weight ), position your forearm on your thighs facing upwards and with your wrist hanging over your knees and simple curl upwards using your wrists only as far as you can go, slow up and slow down.

Reverse forarm curls - Simply do the above but with the flat side of your forearm down on you thighs.

If you need further explanation drop me a line and I'll send you some pix.

Best of luck, let me know how you get on.

i have done specific forearm work before now, i used to do wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, grip work. though now i feel that they get nailed enough with work from other upper body parts.

i asked the biggest guy i ever worked with what he did for forearms, he said "deadlifts". i didn't get it at the time, but then i started doing heavy deadlifts and i could see what he meant.

cheers.
