Its a combined machine that has adjustable arms and you can use it to train chest or rear delts. The chest exercise simulates flyes. Find it really works rear delts well without putting too much pressure on lower back. gailx ______________________ Oh yes.........it WILL be mine! |

Try this: Sit on the end of a bench with your legs bent, grab 2 dumbells and bend over so they are beneath your thighs. You want to lift your arms to the side and upwards keeping your arms bent ( similar to flys ). 3 set os 8-10 is fine with a light weigh as your delts are a small muscle so need little weight. You should get no back pain from these at all if you do them right. KEEP YOU BACK AS STRAIGHT AS POSSIBLE If you struggle, let me know your email addy and I will send you some pix to help you get it right. ______________________ "Training is not a hobby but a way of life" "All of my advise is for role playing purposes only, I do not in anyway condone the use of steroids" |
