| Making Progress | I was wondering if for example, after one year of training 5 times a week, eating a clean diet with all the nutrition & supps, plenty of rest is it not unreasonable to expect that someone will have grown/developed and changed there physique considerably? Would there be a noticable difference in your body? Si 8) ______________________ http://www.gibbarchitects.co.uk/BLUE%20LOGO.gif |

Hopefully another good 5 months down the line the gains will keep coming. Be very disheartening if after a whole years training you couldnt see a good difference. |

| Making Progress | Alright Vinger, I hope so too. I am 3 months into my bb, and am planning to continue my new lifestlye into the foreseeable future. As far as I am aware, I think I have made progress in 3 months, and its only thru other ppl saying "you look bigger" and the reading on the scales that makes me think I've changed. Maybe once I stop bulking and start cutting, I'll see the fruits of my labours. I look a bit different when I look in the mirror, but its hard to see when you see yourself everyday. Maybe after a year I will be as good as some you guys on here. My goal is to now hit the 15st mark. I've added a stone and a half over the last 2 months and I want to add a further stone before reviewing my diet to optomise fat burning/loss. I think that is what I'm going to try and do. Any thoughs on that? Si 8) ______________________ http://www.gibbarchitects.co.uk/BLUE%20LOGO.gif |

| Making Progress | Hey Simon, never hope, always total positive thinking if you start to question youself or your training, say, a year on you will see the difference and you will feel the benefit, and then you tell yourself i am going to do this or that, one of the beginners pitfalls, is asking yourself if you are getting anywhere. Always positive, it starts eating away at you and then freefall. Sorry Si i dont mean to sound blunt. Dave. |

| Making Progress | Thats cool Dave, no worries. I think that the beginners pitfalls are the worst and I know that I am susceptible to them big time! Once I get in the gym and start doing some training, get a good pump, it all seems to be worthwhile I just watched the documentary by the BBC 'Testosterone Boys' (u seen it? can put on a cd and post it to you if you want) and these guys were 18/19years old with 4% body fat and were in amazing shape. Kinda make me think I have wasted the last 7 years and am desperate to make amends. ______________________ http://www.gibbarchitects.co.uk/BLUE%20LOGO.gif |
