Default What's your best/worst bit?

Just wondered if everyone had a musclegroup that they were particularly proud of and what bit they don't like? For me Best = Traps, Worst = Bi's. Bi's need work but I am on it! (thanx to themule) Funny thing is I like training my Bi's but they aren't as responsive as other muscles.

My best/strongest muscle has to be my delts, could train them for England! Traps are strong too.

Weakest has to be chest, I really do push myself but it just doesn't seem to kick in like my other muscles, have been pushing same bench now for months (about 50 Kilos).

I'm re structuring my workout at present though to try to get a kick start, hope it works!

Id have to contradict you guys and say that chest and bi's are my favourite. Have been increasing steadily on chest for a while now and I love doin bench press cus its so direct. Got some nice veins on my arms 2.
