Hey Simon, well thats the first workout for what seemed like an eternity, i can say in all honesty, i was wobbling at the end but no fainting or black outs, which is good considering i wasnt lifting feather weights, but at the same time i wasnt lifting heavy either, 30 mins that was it, but as long as i am sore which i will be for a bit, that tells me enough, just glad to be back in the fray. I'll let you know how i go, thanks for the support much appreciated.

Dave, sounds like you are in good shape even after 10 weeks out. Are you going to be training 4 - 5 times a week now....whats your plan for getting back into it? Just gonna ease your way? All the best with it man
I have taken yesterday and today off training. Being doing a heavy schedule and my body needed a wee breather. I feel far better for it and I'm ready to go and blast my chest and tri's 2moro! Actually can't wait to get in there and get them done to be honest!! Hoping work passes quickly and I can get into the gym!
What are your stats Dave if you don't mind me asking? Weight, arm circumference etc? How long have you been training?
Si

Dave, It'd be good to see your routine as it would probably be beneficial to me as well!! Maybe be able to adapt bits of it into my own one!
16" Bi's are pretty impressive!! I am at 14.5" but only been training for 3 months....is getting 20" arms achievable by the end of the year? Not that I doubt you can do it, its just I was hoping that something similar would be not outwith my reach...what do you think?

Hi Simon, now that i have resumed, its all systems go, i am determined with a vengeance to get 20" arms, and thy will be done, when i start something it becomes obsessive bordering on the fanatical, i have no doubt that your arms will grow no end, stick with it, if i can do or say anything, to help, encourage or advise just say. Anyway off to asda shopping nice and quiet. Catch you later Simon have a good morning.
