im gunna start dead lifting 2day u recon i should ware a belt????

i think it self preference to be honest.

I dont wear a belt, but plenty do.

Aslong as you've got good form you'll be fine without.

I think some people feel safer wearing a belt with heavy deadlifts, but it gets on my tits messing about with it.

Best thing is to take it slow, forget about the weight for now and concentrate on good technique mate.

As you get better and stronger, decide for yourself if u think a belt would help.

Nupe, I wouldn't say you needed one, especially not for deadlifts your using your back for this exercise don't want to start making it easyer!

alight i did it yestarday it was a well gd exercise apprently my techniqure is really gd andi only started yestarday for the first time i just started with 5 kg on each side just to get the technique right

Well done mate, once you have cracked the form, mastering the weight you lift is so much easier, and you actually enjoy going to the gym knowing you can do both, the results can be quite staggering, keep it up tissue.
