| Making Progress | You should try and do your bi's & tri's on separate nights. Now if you try and work your chest or back, your bi's and tri's will tire out very quickly and you won't be able to work the large muscle groups as effectively. I think you are meant to work the latgher groups first and then do smaller ones after that. I do my tri's on a monday, Bi's on a Tuesday and after the gym on a Tuesday, my arms are so knackered that I can hardly get the key in my locker or drive home. Its good tho Si ______________________ http://www.gibbarchitects.co.uk/BLUE%20LOGO.gif |

| Making Progress | I know what you mean about the cardio, and I was thinking about cutting it out totally but I like to give my heart and lungs a good workout too. I am also bulking and I find that I am still adding weight even tho I do 45 mins on the bike once a week. ______________________ http://www.gibbarchitects.co.uk/BLUE%20LOGO.gif |
